Find a hold by its code
Type the four-character code from a hold and we will show you what is left on the clock. Codes only work in the browser that created them.
Questions we get asked
- Do I have to pay to reserve?
- No. Reserving is free and we take no card details. You pay in the shop, and only if you keep the piece.
- What happens when the two hours are up?
- The hold expires, the piece goes back on the rail and it becomes available to everybody else again. Nothing is charged and nobody rings you.
- Can I hold several sizes?
- Up to three at a time, which is usually one piece in two sizes plus something else. Beyond that we would be holding stock other people want to try on.
- Can I collect in a different shop from the one I ordered from?
- For Click & Collect, yes — tell us within an hour of ordering and we move it, which takes one working day. A two-hour hold cannot be moved.
- Are the stock numbers live?
- Not on this site. They come from a demonstration dataset we counted by hand and shipped with the website. In our shops the real figures move all day.
- How do returns work?
- Fourteen days for anything bought online, and you can hand it back in any of the seven shops rather than posting it. Full details on the withdrawal page.
